Job Description

The Facility Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of building infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems. The role includes developing and implementing maintenance schedules, supervising service providers, handling tenant issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The manager will also be tasked with budgeting, reporting, coordinating space management, and ensuring facilities are secure and optimally utilized. In addition to managing Mshel’s real estate facilities, the successful candidate will lead the Mshel Facility Management unit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field

  • Master’s degree (MBA/MSc) is an added advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility or property management

  • Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred

Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of building systems and facility operations
