Key Result Areas
Check files for completeness on delinquency ensuring effective service.
Document all communications and collections efforts by the External debt collectors.
Capture all cases with the debt collectors in Collect Smart.
Collaborate with legal and compliance when necessary to escalate collections activities.
Evaluate the performance of debt collectors and recommend changes to the Head of collections/ Head of credit
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collections.
Ensure invoices for service providers for credit department are prepared on time and drawn according to accurate sum demanded by the service providers.

Qualifications
Diploma in Law.
Proven experience in administrative role preferably within Collections
Skill in analysing and evaluating financial information.
Understanding debt collections laws and Regulations
