Leadership & Management
Staff Management
Financial management and compliance
Resource mobilization
Partnerships and Stakeholder Management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
A master’s degree in management or a related field is a plus.
10+ years of experience working in the core areas of INUG. Out of which, 5 years should be at senior management level
Proven leadership experience working in Church based institutions and nonprofit organizations
Experience in resource mobilization and building sustainable collaborations and partnerships
Experience in managing local and international donor funding with clear demonstrated accountability
Experience in fundraising, program development, financial management, and board relations
Skills: Strong and ethical leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
