Job Description
The Executive Chef will oversee the entire kitchen operations, ensuring high culinary standards, menu innovation, food quality, cost control, and effective team management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff
- Plan and design creative menus aligned with restaurant standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels, kitchen inventory, and food cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with management on kitchen operations and improvements
