Job Description
As an Executive Assistant (Weekend Support), you will be instrumental in maintaining operational flow over weekends. You’ll manage communications, scheduling, and administrative workflows, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You will support the CEO directly, taking ownership of recurring tasks, coordinating updates, and keeping all key players informed. Your work will be vital in keeping the company agile and responsive outside regular business hours. This is a remote contract position with future opportunities for a fixed monthly role based on performance and business needs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage weekend email communications and scheduling
Handle administrative and recurring operational tasks with 100% completion
Provide timely updates to key stakeholders
Organize and execute workflows with strong attention to detail
Serve as the backbone of weekend operations, ensuring smooth execution and communication
Support the CEO directly and collaborate with other Executive Assistants when necessary
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Consistent availability to work weekends, with flexibility for occasional weekday support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, and productivity tools like Notion
High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to anticipate challenges and communicate effectively with leadership
