Job Description
The Enrolment Officer will manage enrolment processes, community mobilization, and oversight of TPAs and sponsors’ activities related to healthcare schemes. The role involves preparing progress reports, monitoring enrolment performance indicators, and coordinating the enrolment desk at the agency. The officer will also carry out inspections, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth execution of enrolment and re-enrolment functions. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, administrative experience, and preferably a background in health insurance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Support enrolment and community mobilization activities carried out by TPAs and sponsors.
Conduct quarterly inspections of TPAs/sponsors’ operations related to healthcare schemes.
Coordinate enrolment desk activities at the agency.
Prepare and submit weekly progress reports on enrolment activities.
Monitor performance indicators for enrolment and re-enrolment.
Provide administrative support to the department.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a relevant field.
3–6 years of proven administrative experience.
Master’s degree (MPH or MBA) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Background in health insurance is an added advantage.
Candidate must preferably reside in Kwara State.
