Job Description

To design, implement, and monitor employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with the organization’s values.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the employee engagement strategy.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys (e.g., annual surveys, pulse surveys) and analyze data for actionable insights.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and develop content for newsletters, intranet, and engagement campaigns.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as wellness programs, team-building events, and recognition programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and engagement-related matters.
  • Track engagement KPIs such as participation rates, retention, and satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor expatriate off-boarding, ticketing, transportation, and work permit/Visa processing.
  • Manage engagement budgets and handle purchase requests on SAP.
