Job Description
The Electronics Engineering Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering instructional activities in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, assessing student performance, and contributing to the development of training materials and curriculum. The trainer must inspire students to excel in engineering practice while complying with institutional and national standards for technical education.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver theoretical and practical lessons in electronics and electrical engineering
Prepare training schemes, lesson plans, and instructional materials
Guide students in workshop practice and project-based learning
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments
Participate in curriculum development and review
Support institutional development through innovation and collaboration
Integrate ICT in the delivery of training
Ensure safety compliance in laboratories and workshops
