Job Description
Abacus Pharma is seeking Electrical Technicians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with safety standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices (multimeters, voltmeters, etc.).
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and panels.
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies and SOPs.
- Ensure that Maintenance Department targets are being met such as minimum downtime and breakdowns.
- Conducting root cause analyses to identify machinery issues and diagnostic support.
- Review standard maintenance tasks and other relevant documents to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Maintain an understanding of the principles of GMP as applied to plant and equipment.
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Providing daily report to supervisor / Manager.
