Job Description
The Drilling Rig Site OI Advisor III plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to SSHE protocols at the drilling rig site. The Advisor administers company safety programs, engages with national workforces, and develops proactive initiatives to foster an injury-free work environment. This is a field-based position requiring travel to and residence at offshore/onshore rig locations, often in challenging environments.

How to Apply
Act as the primary on-site contact for all SSHE-related issues during drilling operations
Administer safety awareness, recognition, and incentive programs
Engage with and provide guidance to local/national workforces
Identify safety trends and implement programs to promote a zero-injury workplace
Provide support and advice on compliance with SSHE standards
Collaborate with drilling teams to reinforce a strong safety culture
Execute SSHE initiatives, respond to incidents, and support incident investigations
Ensure accurate reporting and communication regarding SSHE matters
Perform all tasks listed in Level 1 and 2 safety advisory roles
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field (preferred)
15–25 years of relevant industry experience, including offshore/onshore drilling activities
Strong organizational and technical judgment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proven leadership and ability to influence personnel positively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluent in English, with the ability to handle technical/business communications
Ability to work in international and multicultural environments
Physically fit for demanding offshore/onshore environments
Willingness to travel and work in remote locations for extended periods
High ethical standards and professionalism
