Direct sales agents play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base of the company by effectively promoting and selling products or services directly to consumers.
Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out and identify potential customers through various means such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking events, and referrals.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations or demonstrations to educate potential customers about the product or service and persuade them to make a purchase.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale, such as price, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to close deals and maximize revenue.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Lead Management: Manage leads and prospects effectively using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or other sales tracking systems to prioritize follow-up activities and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
Goal Achievement: Set and strive to achieve sales targets and objectives established by the company. Monitor performance metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive positioning.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry regulations governing sales practices and consumer protection.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments through ongoing training, professional development programs, and participation in sales conferences or seminars.

Requirements;
Diploma or Degree from recognized institution
A proven track of sales record will be advantageous.
Good networking and people skills.
