Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Provide professional and accurate financial advice based on client needs
Promote and sell Old Mutual’s financial products and solutions
Conduct financial needs analyses to identify opportunities
Manage sales data and reports
Follow up on client leads and referrals

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Clear criminal and credit record
Proven computer literacy and digital skills
Key Competencies and Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Sales and customer service orientation
Strong relationship-building skills
Action-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to identify sales opportunities and qualify prospects
Consultative and strategic selling approach
