Job Description
The Digital Marketing Talent Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for digital marketing roles. From crafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to evaluating marketing skills and supporting onboarding, the recruiter will play a key role in aligning talent with client needs. Proven experience recruiting for digital marketing roles
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an added advantage
Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) and sourcing tools
Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Tech-savvy, organized, and capable of managing multiple roles concurrently
Strong networking skills within the digital marketing space
