Job Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will lead impactful digital marketing campaigns aligned with MCL’s vision, targeting growth in audience engagement and revenue generation. Responsibilities include managing paid marketing across social media and search platforms, collaborating with internal teams on content strategy, driving SEO/SEM performance, leveraging data analytics for campaign optimization, developing automated marketing processes, and ensuring a smooth customer transition to digital subscriptions. The role demands cross-functional collaboration, innovative thinking, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
Engage and grow digital audiences while ensuring positive brand presence.
Lead paid marketing campaigns across social media and search platforms to drive membership and revenue.
Collaborate with content teams on cohesive digital content strategies.
Support development of channel strategies for new product launches and evergreen campaigns.
Drive revenue growth and creative innovation through campaign optimization and on-site tactics.
Support conversion rate and funnel optimization efforts with Tech and content teams.
Analyze campaign performance and report results to senior leadership.
Create automated dashboards and share insights from data analysis.
Manage strategic PPC advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to enhance visibility and targeted traffic.
Utilize analytics tools to guide continuous campaign improvements.
Design and execute effective email campaigns, segmenting audiences and tracking performance.
Develop customer journey maps to support digital subscription growth.
Employ marketing automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Work cross-functionally with different teams for effective digital execution.
Monitor industry trends to innovate and improve digital marketing strategies.
Provide regular reports and communication on key campaign metrics.
Assist in transitioning traditional readers to digital subscribers through focused campaigns.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and data analytics.
Experience managing PPC campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
