Job Description
As a Product Designer at Standard Bank, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Feature Analysts to conceptualize, design, and deliver world-class digital experiences. You will leverage your expertise in visual design, UX principles, and design tools to bring ideas to life through thoughtful and impactful product interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, technical design skills, and a passion for solving complex user problems creatively. You will also be expected to support motion design and prototyping and be familiar with front-end technologies to enhance communication with development teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills, especially for web and mobile apps.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
Knowledge of UX methodologies and application in real-world projects.
Experience in motion design tools like Principle, Framer, or After Effects.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
