The IT Officer supports the Head of ICT to implement CORSU's ICT policies, and guidelines. He/she supports the Head of ICT in ICT options including managing the P ICT security, ensuring ICT systems, applications, networks, and systems are secure and available 247. He/she will ensure deployment of cast effective systems and services that support attainment of CRSU's goals. The Officer shall provide high quality ICT servi Including providing support to end users to ensure optimum operation of CORSU'S ICT systems; including managing in consponse and escalating ortic ones, for better for future, growth, and disaster recovery.

  • Program Management: Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects within the organization. This involves ensuring that programs are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to develop and refine the organization's strategic direction and long-term goals. This may involve conducting research, analyzing data, and identifying emerging trends and opportunities.

  • Resource Allocation: Managing the allocation of resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to support program activities. This involves identifying funding sources, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenditures to ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, government agencies, and community members. This may involve attending meetings, making presentations, and providing regular updates on program activities and outcomes.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that programs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This may involve developing and implementing policies, procedures, and performance metrics to monitor program effectiveness and compliance.
