Job Description
Data Entry Operator (Data Entrant) will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in computer systems or databases. They ensure data integrity and assist in generating reports for organizational decision-making.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for staff and systems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure cybersecurity measures are in place.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and data backups.
- Maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and best practices.
- Assist in implementing new IT projects, systems, or software solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant policies.
- Prepare IT documentation, reports, and manuals.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for technical support or procurement.
