Job Description
The Data Entrant will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to the company’s operational activities. The role requires a high typing speed, familiarity with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word), and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will contribute to the effectiveness of internal systems by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of company data. This short-term position provides a unique opportunity to be part of an organization that is actively shaping the future of agriculture in Uganda.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into company systems and databases
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data
Cross-check and validate data entries for accuracy
Prepare and organize data reports as needed
Work closely with team members to meet deadlines
Ensure proper documentation and digital filing of records

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Good communication and interpersonal skills
