Job Description
The Data Entrant will be responsible for sourcing and posting job openings for assigned countries on the AfriCareers platform. The role requires accuracy, consistency, and a proactive approach to content management. The Data Entrant will also be responsible for engaging job seekers via WhatsApp channels to enhance user experience.

Ensure job postings are accurate and well-structured.
Manage and update the WhatsApp job-seekers group for assigned countries.
Monitor job market trends and ensure relevant listings are posted.
Maintain database integrity and update job listings as necessary.
Collaborate with the content and SEO team to optimize job postings.
Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in data entry, job listing, or content management is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in using computers and online platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
