Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Head of Donor Relations and Strategic Resource Partnerships Unit, the consultant will finalize the Engagement Compass Tool, clean and prepare data, enhance the Donor Intelligence Platform (DIP), develop automation tools tailored to unit needs, and mentor interns in data analytics. This role is pivotal in streamlining workflows and improving donor engagement systems.

A first-level university degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
A master’s degree with no experience is accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
Proven skills in automating data processes using tools such as Python or Power Automate
Experience in interactive data visualization tools
Experience with relational database design using SQL is desirable
Strong analytical and mentoring skills
