Job Description
As a Data Analysis Officer at FACT Foundation, you will develop and implement protocols for data cleaning, ensure the accuracy and consistency of datasets, and conduct advanced data analysis using R and Excel. You will collaborate closely with the research team to interpret data and produce actionable insights. The role also includes preparing detailed reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to improving data collection tools and offer support to staff on data-related tasks while ensuring compliance with data protection policies.

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, or related field; advanced degrees (MBA/MSc/MA, PhD) are an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in R and Microsoft Excel.
Proven experience with data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced research and data-driven environment.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security protocols.
