Job Description
The Cybersecurity Specialist will design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions in accordance with KCB’s policies and industry best practices. The role involves developing reporting mechanisms to monitor progress, assessing policies, supporting compliance through periodic audits and recertifications, and conducting user training to maintain a secure access environment. The Specialist will also research new IAM/PAM developments, support risk assessments, and provide technical advice to ensure compliance and efficiency in managing digital identities and privileged accounts.

How to Apply
Implement and support the Bank’s IAM and PAM solutions aligned with security policies.
Design, implement, and support access management systems ensuring the principle of least privilege.
Develop and maintain metrics to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of IAM programs.
Provide technical support for IAM/PAM in projects to ensure compliance from inception to implementation.
Perform and coordinate periodic user access reviews and privileged access audits.
Report and follow up on non-compliance and excessive permission findings.
Educate users on effective use of IAM systems to maintain a secure access environment.
Contribute to security risk assessments leveraging expertise in IAM/PAM.
Conduct research and knowledge sharing on emerging IAM/PAM technologies and best practices.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
Professional Qualifications:
Required: CISA certification.
Added Advantage: CISM, Security+, CISSP, CCSP, IAM certifications from Microsoft, Oracle, Okta, Azure, AWS, or Google.
Desirable: Master’s Degree (MBA or MSc) in a relevant field (added advantage).
Experience:
Demonstrated expertise in identity and access management and privileged access management.
Strong technical support, compliance, and risk management background.
Familiarity with segregation of duties, least privilege principles, and user education.
