As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance through phone, email, and online channels. You will also conduct telesales to promote the company’s services and identify sales opportunities. Your role includes maintaining detailed records, handling administrative tasks, supporting other departments, and staying up to date on industry and product knowledge. How to Apply
Customer Support:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve complaints with empathy and patience

Telesales:
Conduct outbound calls to promote services and generate leads
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify sales opportunities
Customer Relationship Management:
Build lasting relationships with clients to drive loyalty
Identify and propose improvements to the customer experience
Administrative and Reporting Duties:
Keep accurate documentation of client feedback and transactions
Create and analyze performance and satisfaction reports
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and industry trends
Continuously improve service delivery and telesales approach
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND)
Experience: 2–3 years in customer service with telesales experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer complaints tactfully
Sales-driven and persuasive
Proficient in customer service software and email tools
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment
