Job Description
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer retention through effective communication and service delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Support sales and marketing teams with customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare customer service reports and feedback analysis.
