Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our users, partners, and healthcare providers. You will be the voice of the customer inside Keti AI and play a key role in ensuring excellent user experience and long-term loyalty.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and users
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, marketing) to resolve issues
- Develop customer engagement strategies and communication plans
- Track and report on customer success metrics
