Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, CRM, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
Proven ability to develop and implement customer-relations strategies.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and incorporate customer feedback into company improvements.
Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and essential soft skills such as empathy, patience, and adaptability.
