Job Description
As a Customer Enablement Architecture Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and gathering business requirements, and transforming them into actionable initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance systems. This position requires you to communicate service interruptions, maintain transparency with stakeholders during system downtimes, and analyze data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that align with VA’s operational and strategic goals, preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for tracking and resolving risks, issues, and backlog items. Your role will also involve maintaining and improving business processes by creating documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps. You will be expected to support tools like SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other business applications, as well as manage communications and coordination with stakeholders and teams.

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of healthcare, finance, or technology industries
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint)
Experience with query-based exchange systems and enterprise reporting
Clearance Required:
Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance
