Job Description
The Consultant will support the finalization of GHI’s revised curriculum by ensuring it is clear, engaging, aligned with national policies, and culturally relevant. Tasks will include content review, visual redesign, editing, and collaboration with technical teams. The final outputs will include a refined curriculum package and visual aids tailored for community education.

Review agriculture, health, and nutrition curriculum materials
Ensure alignment with current research, protocols, and policies
Evaluate content clarity, relevance, and cultural appropriateness
Design or redesign posters, handouts, and visual aids
Develop curriculum visuals consistent with GHI branding
Edit and proofread all curriculum content
Summarize complex concepts in a simplified, engaging manner
Collaborate closely with GHI’s agriculture, nutrition, and health teams
Provide regular updates and expert guidance
Submit final curriculum materials and a summary report of recommendations
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Advanced degree in Public Health, Agriculture, Nutrition, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in curriculum development and instructional design
Strong understanding of food systems and nutrition-sensitive agriculture
Deep knowledge of health and nutrition concepts and best practices
Proven skills in editing, writing, and visual communication
Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
Experience working in international development or public health (preferred)
