Job Description
As a Crypto Newsletter Editor and Writer, you will lead the editorial strategy, creation, and distribution of weekly email newsletters for Token Metrics. Your role will involve transforming technical crypto insights and market data into clear, engaging content suitable for a broad audience of crypto enthusiasts and investors.
You will work closely with analysts and the marketing team to curate timely news, write compelling headlines, and develop insightful commentary. In addition, you’ll monitor key performance indicators such as open rates and click-through rates and run A/B testing on subject lines and content layouts to optimize newsletter performance.
This role demands a sharp editorial sense, strong writing skills, and a solid understanding of the cryptocurrency market.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Write and edit multiple engaging newsletters per week
Curate relevant crypto news and trends from various sources
Collaborate with analysts and content teams to integrate research and insights
Monitor newsletter performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, etc.)
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, formats, and content layouts
Grow and maintain a loyal newsletter subscriber base

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
4+ years of experience in journalism, editorial writing, or content strategy
Proven experience creating newsletters using platforms like Beehiiv, Substack, or Mailchimp
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and reader engagement
Ability to simplify technical and market content for a general audience
Preferred:
Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and daily trends
Experience in building and growing newsletter subscriber lists
