Job Description

Agricado Farms is seeking experienced professionals in Agriculture/Horticulture to join our team!

Co-ordinate and ensure the employees undergo regular medical check-ups in line with their roles. Coordinate departmental transfers where need be. Ensure that all health, safety and security procedures set by the company for spraying and chemical handling are strictly implemented and followed by the IPM staff.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field

• Experience with vegetable production (peppers & other Solanaceous vegetables)

• Good communication skills

• Proficiency in English, Luganda, and/or Kiswahili

• Willingness to live on a remote farm
