Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients before submitting their applications to the Loans Committee.
Promote the organization’s loan products and raise awareness within the target market.
Ensure compliance with loan requirements in collaboration with the Loans Committee and oversee the accurate uploading of all loan documents into the system prior to disbursement.
Monitor clients to ensure timely repayments and keep the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) within acceptable standards.
Meet monthly loan disbursement and collection targets as set by the organization.
Perform any other tasks as assigned to support the effective delivery of credit services.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Microfinance, or a related field.
Experience in credit operations, client assessment, and loan portfolio management.
Strong marketing, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on achieving targets.
