Assist clients with the application process and clearly explain loan conditions.
Follow up on disbursed loans to ensure timely repayment.
Conduct in-person verifications and background checks in the field.
Build a reliable loan portfolio and engage clients through retention strategies.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Microfinance, or related discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years in processing and managing salary loans.
Language: Fluency in both Luganda and English required.
Skills: Excellent customer service, credit appraisal, and field engagement abilities.
Integrity: Must be trustworthy in managing sensitive client and financial information.
Age Range: 20–35 years.
Gender: Female applicants are especially encouraged.

Starting Net Salary: UGX 600,000
