To ensure the highest level of customer service through quality claims processing ensuring adherence to stipulated turnaround times. Assessment of all non-medical claims to ensure that all claims submitted for payment are valid. Handle daily workflow process in terms of the Company’s laid down process.

Dispute Resolution and Litigation Support

  • Provide legal support in resolving disputes arising from commercial property finance transactions, including breaches of contract, title issues, or borrower default.

  • Liaise with external counsel in managing litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution processes when necessary.


Client and Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary legal point of contact for internal stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, and property development departments, ensuring they understand legal implications of financing decisions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as lenders, borrowers, investors, and law firms.


Regulatory Compliance and Updates

  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that impact commercial property finance, including banking regulations, real estate laws, and financial compliance standards.

  • Ensure that all property financing transactions comply with regulatory requirements, advising on any potential legal risks due to regulatory changes.


Policy Development

  • Assist in developing internal legal policies and procedures related to commercial property financing.

  • Ensure that the company’s legal policies align with the latest industry practices and regulatory requirements.


Team Leadership and Mentoring

  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior legal advisors or members of the legal team involved in property finance transactions.

  • Mentor and develop the skills of legal team members, ensuring effective support for property finance projects.
