The Credit Analyst will be responsible for evaluating all credit requests submitted to the bank, ensuring they meet internal and regulatory standards before disbursement. The role involves generating periodic credit reports, validating customer risk ratings, and supporting the Chief Credit Officer in risk assessments and compliance monitoring. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of credit approval processes and risk management practices within the banking sector.

How to Apply
Provide administrative and technical support to the Credit/Risk Management department
Review and appraise all credit requests for compliance and feasibility
Generate and submit monthly statutory reports on credit activities
Ensure all credit approvals follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Review deal memos and product programs to ensure credit facility optimization
Assess and confirm customer risk ratings and advise business offices accordingly
Execute tasks assigned by the Chief Credit Officer in a timely and accurate manner
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics)
Professional qualification in CPA or ACCA is required
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a credit-related role within the banking sector
Competencies:
Strong analytical and numerical skills
In-depth knowledge of credit processes and risk analysis
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Sound understanding of banking operations and financial products
