Job Description
As a Motion Designer at Superside, you will be part of a world-class creative team that delivers high-impact animation and motion design services to global clients. The role involves working on various multimedia projects, including digital advertisements, interactive motion experiences, and exploring emerging animation technologies like AI and Lottie. You will collaborate with account teams across time zones, contribute to innovation, and help shape the future of Superside’s motion design offerings.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design engaging and innovative motion graphics across multiple formats for global brands
Collaborate with cross-functional account teams across various time zones
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and adherence to deadlines
Support creative leads by delivering solutions that drive business value
Contribute to animation innovation using tools like Lottie and Rive
Explore AI-enhanced tools for animation, video, and image generation
Participate in interactive motion design projects that elevate brand storytelling

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise.
Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D and video editing is a plus.
Experience with Rive and Lottie animations.
In-depth understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of working with UI design systems and preferably some understanding of HTML5.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative technologies.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
