Provide information and guidance on relevant topics, such as stress management, communication skills, or relationship-building.
Support Groups & Workshops:
Facilitate group therapy sessions, support groups, or educational workshops on various topics, such as anxiety, depression, grief, or addiction.
Professional Development:
Stay updated on the latest developments in counseling theories, techniques, and practices.
Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Advocacy:
Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the healthcare system or community resources.
Raise awareness about mental health issues and promote mental wellness in the community.
Ethical Practice:
Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards set by professional counseling associations.
Maintain professional boundaries and ensure ethical decision-making in all aspects of practice.

Minimum of a Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, or its equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in counselling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
