In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of various departments by monitoring costs and ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints. How to Apply
Develop and enforce cost control policies and procedures.
Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Generate reports that provide insights into cost variances and trends.
Collaborate with managers to develop strategies for reducing costs.
Conduct regular audits of expenses and processes to ensure compliance.
Maintain records of all financial transactions related to cost control activities.
Coordinate inventory audits and ensure accurate reporting of stock levels.
Assist in preparation of year-end financial statements and audits.
Provide training and guidance to staff on cost management practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis.
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
Proficiency in financial software and Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
