Job Description
Are you a fresh graduate or independent lawyer looking to build your career in Corporate & Tax Law? This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, practical exposure, and mentorship while working on real client matters in a dynamic corporate environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will gain exposure and contribute to:
- Corporate advisory and structuring of business entities
- Tax compliance, tax audits, and dispute resolution
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal opinions
- Supporting due diligence processes and regulatory filings
- Handling engagements with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA)
- Advising on regulatory and statutory compliance matters
- Supporting cross-border transactions and investment-related legal work
