Job Description
As a Controller at Second Nature, you will oversee the company’s financial operations, including managing the closing process, ensuring timely financial reporting, working with auditors, and analyzing financial data. How to Apply

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
Experience:
10+ years in accounting or financial management roles.
8+ years of experience supervising an accounting team.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience with Netsuite ERP, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, and Power BI.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work East Coast hours (8:30/9 am EST start time).
