Job Description
This fully remote role requires a strategic SEO professional with deep experience in link building, technical SEO, and outreach campaign management. The candidate will lead the development and implementation of backlink strategies for enterprise B2B SaaS clients, manage a dedicated outreach team, perform backlink audits, and provide performance-driven insights to clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of white hat backlink acquisition, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for helping content succeed online.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead backlink strategy planning for multiple B2B SaaS clients
Manage and mentor a team of link prospectors and outreach specialists
Build and oversee targeted outreach campaigns
Conduct backlink audits and identify link gaps and opportunities
Analyze link quality, topical relevance, and anchor text optimization
Collaborate with SEO strategists to build comprehensive organic growth plans
Present link acquisition performance reports and KPIs to clients
Lead strategic planning and quarterly reviews
Continuously optimize outreach processes and templates

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
