Job Description
This role involves the proactive sourcing and acquisition of commercial property finance business by engaging clients and prospects within the property sector. The consultant will structure CPF transactions, offer specialist product advice, and manage all aspects of the transaction process from origination through to implementation. The incumbent will also contribute expert insight into Business Banking's property finance offerings, ensuring solutions are tailored to client needs and aligned with financial and strategic goals.

How to Apply
Market and sell Commercial Property Finance (CPF) products to existing and prospective clients
Develop and maintain relationships within the commercial property industry
Identify and originate CPF transactions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client needs
Provide expert advice on structuring and managing property finance transactions
Collect and consolidate client financial information for thorough feasibility assessments
Analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and financial ratios
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing
Meet sales and service performance targets
Offer specialist input on Business Banking’s property finance product development

Educational Requirements:
First Degree in Business Commerce or related field
Experience Required:
5–7 years of experience in banking and/or property finance
Relevant background in construction, property development, quantity surveying, or real estate valuation
Strong experience in financial analysis, including interpreting income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
Ability to assess feasibility of property finance deals using detailed financial information
