Job Description
Oversee the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project
Work with subcontractors to complete project within given timeframe Coordinate works between multiple contractors
Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsSet an example for H3SE objectives and work with site personnel to comply with requirements
Monitor compliance with project procedures and execution strategies
Evaluate weekly work plans and workload to optimate subcontractor work execution
Review and comment on Subcontractor documentation Reports to General Superintendent and/or Construction Manager
Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor's degree preferred or sufficient experience of site execution
Worked with international contractors on complex multi discipline
Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained Resolve any non-conformance reported
Support planning and scheduling as required
Support pre-commissioning and commissioning groups Basic Qualifications/experience:
Good level of engineering & design knowledge of all engineering disciplines
Good knowledge of international engineering standard and client specifications employed in the Tilenga project
Good understanding of project Basis of Design and Specifications
Good understanding of all discipline engineering documentation
Can provide advice on site construction issues
Design experience on Building engineering activities
Knowledge of relevant engineering software
Good knowledge of document Management systems
Have good leadership and team management skills
Be a team player, good organizer, motivator to lead a team
Have good soft skills to communicate with superiors and sub-ordinates
Be conscious of cultural differences
Able to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines to complete the set target.
Good knowledge of English, both oral and written HSE and cost conscious
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
