How to Apply
Support the Local Anti-Corruption Committee by organizing meetings, maintaining compliance records, and managing documentation.
Lead internal training and awareness sessions on anti-corruption policies, the Code of Conduct, and third-party due diligence.
Maintain and regularly update compliance registers (gifts, conflicts of interest, sponsorships) and ensure timely KPI reporting.
Assist in risk mapping and perform due diligence on third-party suppliers and customers.
Prepare audit documentation and support the implementation of corrective action plans.
Conduct international sanctions screenings and escalate significant red flags as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Additional postgraduate training in Compliance, Ethics, or Risk Management is an asset.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management roles.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of anti-corruption legislation, compliance systems, and risk frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
Familiarity with learning management systems such as Syfadis or Academy is a plus.
Core Competencies
High ethical standards and strong professional judgment.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion, confidentiality, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
