Build and maintain relationships with local communities, leaders, and stakeholders
Conduct community assessments and identify engagement opportunities
Develop and implement community engagement strategies and plans
Facilitate community meetings, trainings, and events
Collaborate with IJM teams to integrate community engagement into program activities
Provide training and support to community leaders and volunteers
Monitor and evaluate community engagement activities and impacts
Develop and manage community engagement budgets and reports

Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, or related field
2+ years of experience in community engagement, development, or related field
Strong knowledge of community engagement principles and practices
