About the Organisation
Africa of Our Dream Education Initiative (AODI) is a non-profit organization founded by David Chukwuma Izuogu. The initiative grew from Chucks Academy, established in 2008 at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Initially focused on offering tutorial support in chemistry-related courses to undergraduate science students, AODI has since evolved to implement broader educational and developmental programs aimed at empowering youth across Africa.

Job Description
The Communications Team Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating AODI’s communication strategies. This includes crafting internal and external communications, managing a communications team, and implementing strategic plans that elevate AODI’s brand and messaging. This is a volunteer, remote-based position ideal for a professional with strong writing skills, leadership experience, and a heart for nonprofit education work.
