Carry out effective day to day civil maintenance
Confer and collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical expertise and oversee structure implementation
Manage, design, develop, create and maintain civil projects and works including buildings, roads, water, waste management systems, landscaping and structural steel fabrications
Develop construction specifications and procedures
Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials
Interpret, review and approve survey and civil design work
Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations
Conduct feasibility studies, economic analyses, municipal and regional traffic studies, Environmental impact studies or other investigations
Conduct technical analyses of survey and field data for development of topographic, soil, hydrological or other information and prepare reports
Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects
Create and revise project drawings and rendering using approved design software
Complete and submit all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages
Supervise technicians, review and approve designs, potential risks, material calculations and cost estimates in all infrastructure projects
Prepare periodic reports for the Line Manager
Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or any other relevant course
Superior computer skills, with solid experience in AUTOCAD will be an added advantage
03 years+ demonstrable experience in a busy industrial set-up
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Self-started, flexible and able to work well under pressure at work
Able to work shifts whenever required
