We believe that we need to create businesses, home-grown, that will create jobs for young people. That’s why we commit our profits to invest in youth talents through digital & entrepreneurial upskilling over a one-year intensive program.

We’ve been doing this for the last 7 years for 1500 youth in Kosovo & Katanga slums. Today, we are on a mission to upskill 10,000 young people in more slum communities.

Our mission is to leverage our profits to empower youth from underserved communities across Africa by imparting valuable digital skills. We specialize in supporting Nonprofits and Social Enterprises with the top 1% of African talent to enhance their marketing efforts, enabling them to reach more people and raise more funds.

  • High-Level Resource Planning: Develop and execute strategic resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation of talent and resources to meet organizational goals.

  • Operational Procedure Development: Create, implement, and review operational procedures to streamline workflow, enhance efficiency, and maintain high-quality service delivery.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and account managers to oversee agency KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

  • Reporting and Communication: Report directly to senior management on the operational status, challenges, and opportunities, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Time Tracking: Ensure that all employees accurately track their time to facilitate data-driven decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Human Resources Support: Assist the human resources team in recruitment efforts, promote a culture that encourages top performance, and contribute to talent development initiatives.

  • Change Management: Lead and support organizational transformation initiatives, adapting to industry trends and market dynamics.


  • Innovation and Business Development: Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth by staying informed about industry trends and emerging market dynamics.

  • Technology and Data Analytics: Leverage technology and data analytics to drive insights that enhance operational effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships through strong negotiation and contract management skills to achieve favorable outcomes.

  • Ethical Leadership: Uphold a high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all business dealings, serving as a role model for the organization.
