Job Description

Reporting to senior management, the Chief Accountant will spearhead financial management functions and ensure the effective implementation of financial systems and policies. Key tasks will include managing financial planning and analysis, leading month-end and year-end closures, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax and statutory compliance, and overseeing internal and external audits. The Chief Accountant will also lead financial oversight for special projects, manage inventory and revenue tracking, and provide mentorship to the finance team. A deep understanding of the hospitality industry and strong ERP and leadership skills are essential.

How to Apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting or Finance).

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPAK), registered with ICPAK.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, preferably with an international brand.

  • Proficient in hospitality ERP systems such as Micros, Opera, and Sun Systems.

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.

  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.

  • High integrity, ethical conduct, and strong leadership.

  • Effective team leader and collaborative team player.
