Job Description
Namoni Lodge, a newly developed safari lodge in Kidepo Valley National Park, is currently hiring for the following positions:
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality meals for lodge guests and staff
- Planning menus and managing food preparation schedules
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Managing food stock and minimizing wastage
- Ensuring timely and excellent meal service
