How to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure strict sanitation and hygiene standards are followed in the kitchen.
Monitor the quality and quantity of incoming food supplies.
Design creative food presentations and decorative displays.
Analyze recipes and determine appropriate pricing for menu items.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for regular service and special events.
Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.
Education: Post-secondary Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in a culinary role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
Certifications: Barista certification is a plus.
Required Skills:
Strong coordination and quality control skills.
Excellent active listening and instructional abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
